~elhas: This is terrible go greyhound instead my boyfriend missed a whole day of work because the bus broke down he had to wait ** hours for another bus to arrive. Not to mention the hours spent on the road coming back home. They also said he would be refuned in *-* days still no refund...each and every time he called he gets different answers why he has not recited his refund. They refused to let him speak to a supervisor.he sends an email no response. When he finally gets to speak to a supervisor they told him he was not in titled to one. He asked why?and some how someone says oh I see now you are intitled to a refund. It has been almost a month and still no refund. Every one else on that bus recited one. This bus service is just a plan rip off...I'd rather walk than to ride on this bus. You guys need to get you business straight...terrible

~elhas: For that I would say three out of five.
