~124: customer service was poor, and is poor. There is not a formal facility. contact is made over the phone. there are no checks or balances, and although pretty cheap, customers are going to eventually cacth on that there are no repercussions for aggressive behaviors from customer service and workers (bus drivers). This is a company that messes time and tme again, and people are left hanging, because there is never a resolution to the problem just constant nonsensical chatter
