GetHuman-41564: ** to ** years ago MelbourneIT used to be a great company with phenomenal support. It's a great shame, but for at least the last * years, they've been at the complete opposite end of the spectrum:*** Sending out misleading*deceptive emails to clients trying to dupe them into thinking they have no time left to transfer to another registrar** Routinely lying to customers** Not a single member of staff in Australia willing to pick up the phone** No technical expertise at all amongst the personnel manning their "technical support" line (the only people customers are allowed to speak with are on the other side of the world -- hence even the name "MelbourneIT" is now a lie)** When you escalate a call, the "supervisors" refuse even to give their full name, insisting instead on hiding behind a veil of anonymity and therefore total lack of accountability.**Have left them now and wouldn't touch them again with a barge pole.
