~Bktortorice: I was impressed. After a ** minute wait I explained the issue to tech. After verifying the account he placed me on hold for *-* minutes. Came back and explained the issue would have to be resolved with Level II Tech support and they were not open until **:**a.m. (it was *:**p.m. CSDT) and what he would do is call me back when they opened and then transfer my call. He called me back in ** minutes and transferred the call to Level II Tech. I was *nd in line. Waited less than ten minutes. As I'm typing this the Level II Tech has me on hold while he is working on the issue. But so far I am satisfied with the promptness, courtesy and consideration to my time and frustration. Now whether we get the issue resolve with why one email is duplicating and has downloaded over *** times today. From a trusted sender. No malware or virus. Not an Outlook issue. All other emails are sending and receiving fine. Will update.
