GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/02/17?
GetHuman-jnsnfl: Claims and disbursement reconciliation is delivered using callous policy statements read from the policy and is not delivered in user consumable form. There is NO means to reconcile what providers claim, Meritain covers and what is "in" or "out" of network and what deductibles, co-pays or patient responsibilities are. In ** yrs of paying for insurance and claims management this is the VERY WORST I've ever dealt with.
