GetHuman-267622: Customer service answers the phone after I wait a LONG time listening to hold music. Say that they're going to help me. All of the bureaucratic paperwork is in... put me on hold.. after * minutes, the system drops me. I call back, the person answers, takes my phone number just in case I get dropped again. I get dropped....no call. ARRRRGGGHHH! This is an ongoing * month ordeal...they ****...! I need locals that I can see personally...
