In two days ******** and ******** my bank account was debited for $**** twice. This is after my husband lost his job and we have been in the worst financial situation ever. I have originally contacted them on ******** to see do they can provide any help, but it was only nightmare since. They could only schedule an withdraw- something I could have done myself and send modification papers. *I have schedule a automatic bank payment with them for ********, but I was told that I can reschedule any time if have the funds. I have called again on ******** that the funds were there and they "rescheduled" the date for ********.*For my surprise on ******** we have seen two debits in our checking account- somebody from Metlife have not cancel the second transaction and now we had all the bills we were trying so hard to catch up with having insufficient charges and account bal neg
