~Thomas Amiel: After calling in, a response came at just before * minutes. Simply trying to figure out if I am eligible for a rebate took over ** minutes. Put on hold, the music was grating. Poor jazz can kill a man. Over-all, this took too long, and the (kind) woman had little to no notion of their operating procedures concerning rebates. She was slow to respond, and came across as pleasant but disinterested. Horrible service, again, a nice girl, but this too far too long for one simple question. I was elaborate in my question, but precise. Again, far too too long. D* is generous.

~Thomas Amiel: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
