~unhappy cust. for over 3 yrs: As one can tell by the over all quality you receive from Metro is terrible, but you definitely get what you pay for... which is poor service, locations with employees that are not trained at all any problem you have with your phone they've got no solutions all they say is call the **** and then once you talk to one of the operators they're incompetent, plus the language barrier is horrible the call center must be in some *rd world ** cents an hour country because its impossible to have a convo with one that you can understand!
