~NoName: I recently changed service from Consumer Cellular to MetroPCS on advice from my daughter , I was told on their web site that I could use my old phone but the salesperson at the store says NO . Now I am trying to speak to a person but get a computer generated menu that does not address the problem . I need a good phone **to speak to a person . The *Consumer Cellular phone came with a preloaded customer service phone * that had a person on the other end . I HIGHLY recommend CONSUMER CELLULAR phone provider ,they also have family plans .

~NoName: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~NoName: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Metro PCS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~NoName: For that I would say one out of five.

~NoName: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Metro PCS to know who you are.
