~Anonymous: I was verifying information about the forced upgrade that my husband was told in a retail store. I wasn't happy when he said, we'd have to buy * new phones, get new phone numbers and a new*more expensive plan. The call center told me that was untrue. Only one phone needed to be upgraded and after we get the phone from the store, they would activate it with our phone number at no cost. I am happy that I made the call. Next step is to get the trade-in promo phone and see if we can get it switched.

~Anonymous: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Anonymous: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

~Anonymous: For that I would say four out of five.
