~noeortiz: I went to the METROPCS in Oxford, Pa today ********** to pay my bill. First, the hours listed on the website say the store opens at **:**am, I was there at noon, the store was closed. The hours posted on the door said the store opens say **:**am. Both were lies. I went back at *:**pm today. There were * people behind the counter. The lady was helping a customer . The other two ignored us. After waiting for ** minutes one of the two people doing nothing to help anybody left. I left, also. I believe the the two useless persons behind the counter were the owner and his son. This store is not helping promote MetroPcs and creating a bad climate for your customers in Oxford by treating customers with indifference.**Noe & Barbara Ortiz**** *** ****
