~unhappy customer: My brand new Galaxy phones were not working for five full days and I was unable to get a replacement phone, no one could figure out why the phones were not working and I cancelled my service due to this issue, tech support and custoemr support was awful and useless and I would not recommend Metro to anyone. The worst phone service providers in town which is why they are so cheap.

~unhappy customer: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~unhappy customer: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Metro PCS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~unhappy customer: For that I would say one out of five.
