~Tiffany: My sister had the number changed but the phone didnt work when she left the store at closing time. Couldnt call out or receive calls. After she text me on FB, I called Metro Pcs at * am and was on the phone about ** minutes The CSR advised she was going to have the programming reset........ and the phone was working. The CSR did tell me to call back if the phone didnt work and humg up on me. Better service would have been for her to wait * minutes for my confirmation the phone as working.

~Tiffany: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Tiffany: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Metro PCS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Tiffany: For that I would say four out of five.
