~Horrible Metro PCS forgeign Cu: Over all experience is horrible, have had to call them on several occasion: First and foremost unable to understand individuals on other end, and likewise, they had a poor command of the English language.. Secondly, they did not have a working knowledge of the equipment they sell.*Tried to make payment * day prior to due date... Said it could not authorize payment.. try different payment method.. so I opened a different tab on my browser and made a payment with another company that was due about the same date... opened third tab to my online banking with major bank.. by the way never had any online banking issues.... payment went through... contacted metro pcs..after long wait customer service agent ***** stated that I must have entered the wrong information, advised her of process I undertook to see if it was my bank, she insisted that it was my bank would would gladly process payment for a fee... I asked to speak to her supervisor... ****** reiterated whole scenario, he apologized w
