~Ms. Grey: This company is horrible. I called MetroPC's **** because a phone number change fee was suppose to be waived but instead they disconnected my phone. My payment was not due until another two weeks. When asking for a supervisor regarding this error, I was told "all" were busy. Supervisor never came to the phone. Instead, CSR wanted to credit my account for a $*.** - for the day I was without my phone line. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

~Ms. Grey: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Ms. Grey: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Metro PCS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Ms. Grey: For that I would say one out of five.

~Ms. Grey: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Metro PCS to know who you are.
