~cheryl.v.tobias@hotmail.com: i have been in the stores and on the phone with people from metro and they are horrible. i have spent $***.** less that a year for a phone and now you want me to exchange it for one of your lower prices phone and i can not get my money back or get some type of satisfaction...i will be reporting this to the newspapers and media.. this is unfair to your customers. i thought you where a good company but you are out for yourself.
