~ANONYMOUS: i said, "new customer" and got a person on the line. she told me someone would be calling me for feedback on her service. i made an online payment that never posted to my account, I called to find out why, @ first all she said was there was no payment. I had to scream @ her bc she was redundant & uphelpful. She was not able to tell me why the payment didn't post. However she was still cool & waived the payment fee & took apayment over phone

~ANONYMOUS: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~ANONYMOUS: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Metro PCS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ANONYMOUS: For that I would say one out of five.
