GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/03/17?
GetHuman-schammas: It was a year ago since I bought a bag from michael kors. I love your products! But unfortunately I just found a serious but also a problem that can cause serious damage. This problem poses on the metal logo that hangs from the bag. I find it difficult to carry my bag daily because I can hurt myself by wearing it. But unfortunately for me, yesterday I finally decided not to buy any of your product anymore, because I was harmed while wearing it, my eye swelled and became bluish. Without forgetting that I failed to break my teeth and that I unfortunately break my new glasses "cavalli" that I loved so much. I am writing this to give you a new chance and try to repair my damage and to avoid having future problems with other customers like me and not to lose many other customers. Thank you for your understanding and your attention!
