GetHuman-gaikfong: I am a Malaysian and a vivid fan for Michael Kors handbags. During my visit to Hong Kong in September ****, I bought * handbags at City Gates Outlet shopping mall. However hardly using one of the bags for * months, the slider zipper of one of the bags was tore and detached thus making it difficult for me to zip and unzip the bag properly. Subsequently I went to the customer service at Mid Valley Megamall in Kuala Lumpur to get it fixed. However, I was astounded by a staff that told me that Michael Kors (Malaysia) does not fix or repair the bag as it was not bought from any of its outlet in Malaysia.**I understand that other established and renowned brands such as Couch, Long Champ and Camel Active do provide such after sale services to their customers regardless of where the bags were bought from. As Michael Kors is also an acclaimed brand internationally, I wonder why Michael Kors (Malaysia) could not provide similar after sale services to the customers concerned.**I would appreciate if you could look into this matter favorably.
