~Disgusted with the Secretary o: Service at the Stadium drive SOS in Kalamazoo was shameful!!! Waited over an hour before leaving (un-served) with less than ** customer served in that time. Most of which were "return" customers. Excuse - short staffed. Entire staff today (of five) should be fired, starting with the manager. None of them had a speed other than slow. Spent the whole time watching them walk at a glacial pace, adjust the blinds, check the bathroom, chat and laugh with each other and basically walk around aimlessly. All of this with a room full of customers. Most inefficient, poorly run operation I have seen. This blatantly indicated that the customers were an inconvenience and our time was of no import. Left un-served, infuriated and disgusted!!!
