~School District CTO: Extremely POOR service. No help whatsoever. I don't believe it can even be called "service" since none was provided. There was not motivation to assist the customer at all whatsoever.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Microsoft 365. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Microsoft 365 problem?
~School District CTO: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~School District CTO: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Microsoft 365's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~School District CTO: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Microsoft 365 customers?
~School District CTO: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Microsoft 365 to know who you are.
