~FallbrookDave: Transfered * times. Have to give same details everytime I get transfered. I ulimately get dumped in a Voicemail box that does not work since its VOIP in India. * Days without a response, unable to migrate to exchange online. Stuck. We are a school and have many accounts.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~FallbrookDave: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Microsoft 365's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~FallbrookDave: For that I would say three out of five.

~FallbrookDave: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Microsoft 365 to know who you are.
