GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Microsoft Office customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~rolltide689: Agent "Dyna" refused to help, let me speak with a supervisor, or provide me with her agent information for reference purposes. I asked for her agent information to reference her and she asked, "Why would I provide that to you?" I told her that I was going to speak with customer service and I needed a way to reference her. She proceeded to tell me that she could transfer me to customer service. I then responded with, "No, I don't want to be transferred to customer service. I would like to know your agent identification." She continued to act as if she had no idea what I was talking about. I asked her "how am I supposed to reference you as an agent if I am speaking to another Microsoft agent?" She said, "let me check on that," and, without notice, proceeded to put me on a ** minute hold and transferred me to a department where the person speaking on the menu and hold messages was speaking another language. Absolutely ridiculous.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Microsoft Office. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Microsoft Office problem?

~rolltide689: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Microsoft Office's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~rolltide689: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Microsoft Office customers?
