~ray warren: As a computer windows * novice, needed help. Adviser totally fucked up my laptop ! Passed me to technical support and were only intetested in a hard sell of ***.**. Nearly as much as my laptop, tried explaining it was only faulty after adviser told me to do this and that! Of course as a third party company all they were interested in was getting my money. Totally ******* immoral.
