~JG: I could hardly understand the workers* they need to stop with the stupid English "script". They kept saying, "excellent, we can help you with that* and one more moment please, this will just take a moment." Transferred three times and useless. Asked for mgr and they hung up on me. I was not even agitated.

~JG: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~JG: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Microsoft Office's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~JG: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Microsoft Office customers?
~JG: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Microsoft Office to know who you are.
