~figuxinn: I was expecting long wait times, a language barrier and and argument. What happened astounded: had my issue being looked at by the Windows Live team with an anticipated response within ** hours. The woman who took my call was pleasant, professional and easy to understand. All in all, one of THE best technical-support encounters I've ever had. And it was MICROSOFT! Whoda thunk?!
