~Rose: I was first transferred to Canada. Then went to Phillipines. Even though the Excel program was flawed I was expected to pay for assistance. The program came with my new Dell. No program warrantee due to age of software. I wish I could use other so I would not have to contact MS again. I hung up and will try and fix the problem myself.

~Rose: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Rose: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Microsoft - Product Support's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Rose: For that I would say three out of five.
