~Jess: Was cut off twice (so far). Agent sounds foreign* a little hard to understand and there is definitely a gap in understanding due to English being their second language. Both times they had taken my phone number, neither time did they call me after I was cut off.

~Jess: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
