GetHuman-283912: After going throug Level * support, they had level * call me the next day and had control over my computer for ** hrs. Whene it was all done my coumputer was worse than it was when they started. Now it's going to cost me over a $****.** to get a new computer and start from scratch. But good news they did finall get my Office **** downloaded. I live on $***. a month and use this computer for work. But they really need to take money from a senior citizen because they don't have enough.
