~Sue Em: After removing mcafee I could no longer go on the internet. Called mircosoft and they told me to call mcafee. They gave me a number. Those techs worked on my computer THREE hours and when they supposedly found the problem they said they could only install it if I bought their anti-virus protection. I declined. Turns out they had connected me with IYOGI instead of mcafee. What a scam - you ask for tech support and end up listening to a sales pitch for malware programs. Afterwards I fixed the problem myself (which wasn't that hard)

~Sue Em: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Sue Em: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Microsoft - Tech Support's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Sue Em: For that I would say five out of five.
