~Sick of being abused: I had an hour tech support for a windows updates issue last night. It was not resolved it so it was escalated to tiers * for the next day. Today a woman called from? India******* I told her that I had three very bad OS crashes with proxy so I wanted her to proceed carefully. She hanged up on me.*I bought premium support and I get gutter-snipe response. Well dome Microsoft! *Here is the email I just received from her:*From: Microsoft Technical Support *mailto:CS*TS.GNRL.WW.**.EN.SUT.TAG.TS.*ET.ADK.SG.PI@css.one.microsoft.com* *Sent: Tuesday, July **, **** **:** AM*To: *****@***.com*Subject: SRX**********ID - everytime she set her updates to never update, the next reboot it will come back to check for updates*Dear Arltte, Thanks for visiting Answer Desk.*Superb quality of support, this is a sick joke.*Can we PLEASE have US tech support people!!!
