~Sick of being abused: I had an hour tech support for a windows updates issue last night. It was not resolved it so it was escalated to tiers * for the next day. Today a woman called from? India******* I told her that I had three very bad OS crashes with proxy so I wanted her to proceed carefully. She hanged up on me.*I bought premium support and I get gutter-snipe response.
