~tommie: I was on the phone over * hrs with this tech who kept trying to sell me a * yr contract ($***). He never addressed my specific problem but insisted on running scans, saying that resolved my problem, which it did not. He left * programs on my PC he scanned with, one was not MS* the other was, but the certificate was expired for * yrs.
