GetHuman-mail4: In the last two days i have called microsoft and gone thru the online support and have been transferred from person to person. yesterday i purchased a year support for $***.** plus tax and the guy was supposed to fix my email where i would be able to send. Well since then not only am i not able to send emails but now i am not receiving any since he was remotely on my system and let me add in that this is a business account. i have been on the phone and online again plenty of times with those people and all they do is transfer me or put me on a remote hold and not come back on. and my problem is still not fixed
