GetHuman-drmdr6: Tech Support - After three days and * hours of tech support with no results I am still waiting for them to call me back to find the problem. The first two times they were * hour late and yesterday they were *-*** hours late. Apparently Microsoft's agents in the Philippines have no idea what promptness is or how to fix the problem.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Microsoft - Tech Support. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Microsoft - Tech Support problem?
GetHuman-drmdr6: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-drmdr6: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
