~unhappy customer: Ordered a Surface during Black Friday. Item came and only worked for * days. Sent it and the charger back. * wks later got a new tablet but no charger! * wks later I finally got the charger. Since then I decided i just wanted a return. it has taken over a wk to process this return. they claim they sent return lables and they did not. I have spent hours on hold and on the phone with them!! sick of it! just want my money back
