~Pat: I am once again on hold from Level * tech support for Outlook. This is going on * hrs I have spent on phone trying to resolve issue. I have asked several times to speak to a person in the USA and they refuse to transfer me. The last girl I spoke to was downright nasty! This is ridiculous that Microsoft treats their customers this way.

~Pat: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Pat: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Microsoft - Tech Support's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Pat: For that I would say three out of five.
