~PISSEDOFF: I pay monthly for services and I can't even use it. Talking to them it like talking to a wall. They have you on hold **% of the time and when they do get on the phone with you they ask you to please hold. NEVER ONCE did they even ASK FOR MY INFORMATION TO HELP SOLVE MY PROBLEM. Finally, I hung up. There is a reason why computer companies make SO MUCH money. Already set my appointment.
