~anonymous: Terrible experience. I waited ** minutes on the phone, both of the gentlemen I spoke to were incredibly hard to understand due to their accents and voice disorder. They were not able to provide me with any assistance. I had to speculate why I was having certain problems with my software and ask multiple questions because they could not tell me anything on their own. To top it off, they were extremely rude. You would never get this kind of service when dealing with an associate from apple. I ended up spending more time messing around with my computer to figure out the problem when technical support should have just did their job. I will never call and ask for assistance from them ever again.
