~Mike: Unbelievably poor support. Purchased a new computer with Windows * and was given a ** minute sales pitch on buying a service warranty ($***.) if I wanted help. The person had a strong Indian accent which was barely understandable. I can't begin to say how much I regret dealing with micro-soft!
