~key4us2c: win * could not be repaired via backup disk. microsoft will not*does not supply system disks so a clean install is not possible. they do offer to upgrade for $*** to win *. this is unacceptable. they should back their product. i should not have to buy an upgrade to fix my laptop. makes me think that they are the source of viruses for their own profit. i do know that every time I've done updates my system runs worse, especially when they have a new OS to sell. never again microsoft you've lost this customer!
