I am never going to buy another microsoft product again. you have cost me hours every day to learn planned obsolescent ****. I hate your touch screen concept. I hate the screen rolling all over the place if I did not click on it deliberately. I cannot find my folders or my toolbars. There was no need to rearrange everything so nothing can be found when you need it. Your new policies, new leaders, new designers, new programs, new equipment all ****. I hate waiting on the phone. I don't want you messing with my computer set up because you are not here to return it to its original condition. You cannot set up the hardware from San Francisco. You should provide a list of local service people that can come to your home and fix software and reconnect hardware that has been sent for repairs to re-in
