~Lisa: Mikasa does make quality products. Mikasa.com, on the other hand is poor as a eBusiness site. It uses mailed letter to inform me that my order was out of stock ---* weeks after the order was placed! In another partial return order, I have not received refund after * weeks. After I called, i was explained they did not receive any paper work for the return. Thank god I kept my fedEX shipping tracking and got my credit back after * hr painful chat. No, no more mikasa.com order. If you like Mikasa product, go buy from a store.
