~Heather: I called because the the Star Tribune didn't deliver what their telemarketer promised. I wasn't upset, just wanted the gift card they promised. The rep said that there was nothing she could do and refused to put me through to a supervisor when I asked. By the end of the call, there was not only no resolution, but I am very disappointed in the paper's service.
