~Buffalo: Paper was not delivered but neighbors got theirs. My satisfaction level is in the basement. Waited ** minutes to talk to an actual person. Got no satisfaction. This is a very sad commentary for a business that relies on keeping subscribers. We just subscribed and expected to be able to read the paper online like a regular paper but no we can't. That would be additional charge. It would be nice to be able to read online on days when delivery is missed. Customer service is something that this business does not get. This is very aggravating. GLEN TAYLOR are you listening?
