~rb: Horrible service and no resolution. This is a prime example of the inadequacy and inefficiency of government. I sold property in the State of KS in ****. ****'s were sent to MO. Taxes have been filed, copies of ****'s as well as professionally prepared tax return sent to MO and these ignoramuses can't figure out that they incorrectly received what should have gone to KS. In the meantime MO has sent me to a collection agency and won't call to remove my name until this is resolved. Go figure!!!
