GetHuman-132311: Made an online purchase. Modells sent a double order and billed me twice. Insisted I made the mistake. PayPal said Modells process * orders in * seconds, it was their mistake. Modells refused to fix said I needed to drive the package back to the Post Office and wait for a refund.
