~Jim: Got a person right away. It took an extra minute for the rep to understand the spelling change I needed to make. At first, she got it wrong but it was insignificant. My problem was solved

~Jim: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Jim: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.

~Jim: For that I would say three out of five.
