~Jeanette Scott: I sent my son money to Texas @ **:** on ******** and he was mot able to get his money. He went again this morning and was still unable to get his money. I call and hold on line for ** minutes hang up and call again still no response. No one even informs you of your hold time. Now he won't be able to make his purchase. I always use money gram, but after this I will pay extra for the convenience of Western Union. Very disappointed.

~Jeanette Scott: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.

~Jeanette Scott: For that I would say one out of five.
