~Mahta: i have been using moneygram services for * years. but the customer service has become worse. I called to get help with changing some account information and every time the assistant kept swiitching me from one service to the next or just kept me on hold endlessly. I would have appreciated some honesty if there was no one available to help me at that time! I plan to change money transfer services now if these are the type representatives moneygram hires!
